Daniela Cospan is awesome. Our homeowners insurance was cancelled and within 24 hours we had a new policy thanks to Ms. Cospan's tireless efforts on our behalf. Not ony that but Ms. Cospan coordinated with the mortgage company to make sure the new policy was paid from escrow and we didn't have to pull funds from our pocket.
